 At A to Z Quality is not just a Family Tradition. It is something that you can taste, and something that you can see. Well, that is, if you would ever get to see the inside of our processing facility on Main Street in Bluffton.
We are better than we need to be. We are HACCP compliant (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). This is a complicated way of saying that all products that are used in our facility, and we do mean all, are all supplied by and guaranteed by HACCP suppliers. This includes our meat, papers, shipping containers, cleaning supplies - everything - is compliant. This is quality that you can see. And by the way, we are also compliant with FSIS Notice 44-02, and in 2004, the USDA came by to see it for themselves, and also agrees we are compliant.
But that isn’t enough for us. We also have installed continuous temperature monitoring systems, bone eliminators, metal detectors and of course we operate under the United States Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service.
We know our quality is something you can taste, but now you can see our quality, and trust our quality. After all, Quality is a Family Tradition.
