Store product frozen at 0 degrees F or below. Allow product time to temper / thaw in a refrigerated area for 1 to 2 days before cooking for best results.

Prep & Cooking
After product has tempered / thawed begin by pre-heating a gas grill to 350 degrees F, if using charcoal wait until coals turn white, and when pan frying cook on medium high heat. Always cook product to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
